Owning books and audiobooks can get really expensive. I have a personal goal to listen to an audiobook every month. I wanted to share a quick life hack with you that has helped me save hundreds of dollars a year.
Here's how to get free Books, & Audiobooks:
The first thing you are going to need is a library card. You may be able to sign up online. (Philadelphia Library)
There are two apps you want to download. The first one is Libby, by OverDrive. OverDrive on desktop, is what I used to manage my books on my laptop. I love the Libby app interface on my iphone. It is easy to use and the app rarely freezes up on me. Login by selecting your local library and using your library card credentials to login.
The second app you want to download is Hoopla. This is a great place to watch movies and listen to music too! I find that if the Libby app doesn't have something I want, I can most likely find it on Hoopla. The only downside is the app freezes up or lags on me.
